MANAGEMENT STRUCTURES

The Hospital is managed by a Core Management Team. The Team includes:

1. Medical Superintendent
2. Administrator
3. Matron
4. Accountant
5. Pharmacist

MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

1. Core Management meetings are arranged twice every month to discuss pertinent and critical institutional issues.
2. Unit heads meetings are held every month to enforce implementation of policies and procedures.
3. Quarterly staff durbars are held to assess achievements of the hospital. It also serves as a platform to interact with staff and discuss their concerns.
